Front Desk Receptionist – Orem, UT

Martins Collision Center in Orem, UT is in search of a friendly, outgoing person who is organized and great with customers to join our team! Receptionists are responsible for answering phones, taking payments, setting up work files, calling insurance companies and customers for information, and keeping the front desk organized, among other responsibilities.

This individual should be able to multitask and follow directions. He or she must be a self starter, able to do and finish his or her work completely despite frequent interruptions. Receptionists will be required to learn our management program and oversee scheduling, so computer literacy is required.

Work hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch and are not flexible.
